Service team was excellent. I stopped by a different dealership and they were unwilling to help. Thankfully we found SVG in Springfield. They helped us out when we needed it.

Work was completed as scheduled and efficiently.

The battery was replaced and it did solve the problem with the flashing lights. The man at the desk was very nice and kept us informed by texting. The next evening, when we tried to open the back(trunk) it wouldn't open with the fob. Both of our fobs don't work. Will call them on Monday to solve this new problem.
